Payment and Refund Policy

  • A late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding balance may be applied if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
  • CRM Squirrel reserves the right to pause or terminate services until overdue balances are paid in full.

  • All payments must be made in USD or the agreed-upon currency as specified in your invoice.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Refund Policy As we offer consultancy services before the initiation of any project, all payments made to CRM Squirrel are non-refundable. This ensures that clients have clarity and satisfaction with their decisions prior to committing to our services.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to CRM Squirrel. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Cancellation by CRM Squirrel

  • CRM Squirrel reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment or violation of our terms of service. Clients will be notified in writing of such cancellations.
